All our Remedies are made to order in our dispensary based in Australia.
Shipping Options:
- Shipping is calculated at checkout, including within Australia and New Zealand for this product.
- FREE local deliver in Southern Adelaide on Fridays - contact to determine if you are within our catchment
- Internationally shipping is not currently available
We aim to ship all orders within 2 weeks, subject to the completion of your Zoom consultation and cleared PayPal funds (if applicable). All remedies are shipped via Australia Post, which will provide tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to local post office collection timeframes.
- If an order is not collected within the timeframe, a new shipping cost will be billed to the customer for re-shipment.
- For standard delivery, no signature is required, and you authorize the post services to leave your order in a safe place unless Express Post is selected.
Preorders
Preorders have an estimated shipment date disclosed in the product description and email updates. Flourish Homeopathy may extend this date by up to 2 weeks. If your order is not shipped within the estimated date plus the 2-week extension, you are entitled to a full refund.
